Moms Without Fear: Foundations of Symptom-Free Fitness

A 6-week program for moms who want to live an active life without pain or symptoms like leaking

Moms Without Fear is a 6-week “on ramp”, so to speak. This program is for moms who are experiencing pelvic, back, or hip pain, symptoms of prolapse or diastasis recti, or leaking and are trying to bridge the gap between rehab and getting back to the exercises they love to do. This program includes 6-weeks of strength training program, a 1-hour consultation with me to discuss symptoms and problem movements, as well as tons of support and education.
