I’ve been helping people get out of pain for 8 years, specifically pregnant and postpartum people for almost 6 years now.

If there’s one thing I can tell you for certain…. it’s that there is not near enough quality support and guidance out there for pregnant and postpartum people, especially for those who are or have struggled with pain or pelvic floor symptoms.

Not to mention how these things may impact birth, postpartum recovery, and parenting.

Which is why I’ve developed programs and 1:1 coaching services to meet you where you are, to give you the support you need, and to help you feel strong in, and empowered by, your body as it changes.

I’m your coach, Madison!

As an in-person coach transitioned online, I’ve worked with moms and womxn throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for the last 5 years to help them feel at home in their bodies through intentional movement. I have a hoard of children (really just 3), a penchant for making up my own words to songs, and am an avid baker. I help my clients live active lives without the stress or overwhelm that often comes with living with pain or symptoms and a body that holds you back from doing what you love, one workout and GIF at a time.
