Over the last 5 years, I’ve helped hundereds of moms strengthen their core and pelvic floor, return to exercise feeling safe, and manage common postpartum aches and pains through intentional movement that doesn’t involve sacrificing the few moments you have to yourself during nap time.

 FAQ

What type of equipment do I need?

All you need is a dumbbell or two, a set of mini bands, and a long loop band. I give you tons of options in the coaching videos for how to do the exercises with alternate equipment and even things around your house (like your baby or a car seat.)

How early postpartum can I start?

While it is always best to wait for the all clear from your doctor, this program is designed to be started when you feel ready to begin moving postpartum. The first several weeks are designed to be gentle enough for early postpartum bodies and perfect for healing the core and floor after birth.

I’m 6 months+ postpartum, is it too late to start this program?

Not at all! In the coaching videos I give options to meet you where you are in your journey.

I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor problems, is this program a good fit for me?

Absolutely. This program is designed to help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor while helping you bridge the gap between recovery and returning to exercise.
