Hey hey! I’m Madison, a postnatal fitness specialist, pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach, and a DONA trained birth doula. I became a doula two years ago because I saw such a huge need in supporting women not only in fitness during pregnancy and postpartum, but during birth as well. In the two years I’ve been supporting moms, I’ve noticed a huge need in unbiased and evidence-based information that is also comprehensive enough to support and provide information for ALL types of births. Often, I am the first line of defense in both my fitness and doula work for providing information about core and pelvic floor health during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. I’m a mission provide birthing people access to all of the information they need and get the care they deserve before, during, and after birth.
