I’m Madison

I’m a mom, a prenatal and postnatal exercise guru, birth doula, and educator. My ultimate passion is helping women like you feel strong, capable, and safe in their own bodies with education and teaching them how to let go of fear, worry, and stress that holds them back from doing the things they love. I created this program because I’ve been there and I’ve worked with so many others who have felt held back, fearful, and worried that the activities they love will harm their bodies. Who have fallen down the rabbit hole of Google searches and have been to all the practitioners who told them they’d never be able to do the things they love again or, worse, that what they HAVE to do to live life as a mom is actually damaging their bodies.

What happens after I purchase the program?

  • You’ll immediately receive access to the member portal where you can print out your workbook and access the modules when they are unlocked, an email with your next steps, and prompted to fill out a consultation form so I can get more familiar with you and your situation

  • If you purchased one of the Personalized Journey spots, you’ll receive another email from me personally with a link to schedule your first Zoom call so we can discuss your history, symptoms, and problem movements

  • When the program begins, I’ll open up week 1 in the member portal and we’re OFF!

What about the workouts? How long are they and what do I need?

  • The workouts are roughly 20-30 minutes, if not shorter. The foundations exercises will take you 10 minutes or less. The workouts can be done 2-3 times a week and the foundations exercises up to 5-7 days a week

  • You will need a few different sizes of weights (dumbbell or kettlebell will work)- one light, one medium, and one heavy (but you can get away with a light-sh and heavy-ish weight), a set of mini bands, and a long band or band with handles for best results

  • Options and modifications for these exercises and equipment requirements can be addresses in the Facebook group
