Moms Without Fear is a program to help you find symptom-free fitness and to help you feel stronger and more capable for the tasks we do every. single. day. 
This program will teach you basic foundations of movement and breathing, equipping you with strategies that can help you manage pelvic floor symptoms and pain during exercise and daily life. I encourage you to think about simply doing something different during the next 6 weeks. This will allow you to explore what works and does not work so well for your body.
