  • Is this all online?

    • Absolutely all online. When you purchase BPB, you'll receive a PDF immediately. This has all you need to learn and to get started with the workouts. The PDF contains links to the exercise videos and to the Facebook group. You can do this totally on your own time and at home.

  • What equipment do I need?

    • I recommend having a long resistance band for the main movements in the program and a small resistance band (mini loop band) for progressions, however most of the movements are body weight only.

  • How long are the workouts?

    • Each workout is about 10 minutes long and could be even shorter once you master the movements, barring the need to change a baby or get a toddler a snack of course. There is an option to add a set in week 2 of each phase for more of a challenge and/or if you have more time.

  • Is this program suitable for early postpartum?

    • For sure! The exercises in each phase are chosen to help with early postpartum healing as well as strengthen the body for the demands of every day life with kids.
