Hey, I’m Madison!

I am a prenatal and postpartum trainer, a DONA trained birth doula, and, more importantly, a mom myself. These programs are near and dear to my heart, not only because of my personal experiences with birth and postpartum, but also because of my passion for supporting my clients through these phases of life- both in the gym and out. My passion is helping moms feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

Some of the workouts don’t require equipment. The most you’ll need for the other workouts is a light to medium weight dumbbell, a long loop band, and a mini band.
